We at NRJ Consulting have been very impressed with the whole Teamatic offering. We find the support team responsive and our amendment and enhancement requests are actioned promptly and effectively. As a UK company we were initially a bit wary about using a service so far away and with the UK/US time difference. We needn't have worried as we communicate extremely effectively via email.

We use Teamatic as a central point to track our customer support issues, in fact this is so successful we have just bought another Teamatic instance to dedicate to a new UK Government client of ours.
